If you've been an active Freshpet Delivery subscriber, then you're already enrolled in our Loyalty Rewards Program and are on your way to enjoying the pawsome perks!

Loyalty Rewards can be earned in two easy ways:

• By hitting specific order milestones — gifts are automatically added when you reach certain order numbers. You’ll receive a special reward in your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 9th, 15th, 25th, 35th, and 50th orders — and then with every 25 orders after that. You can check the status of your available, unlocked and upcoming loyalty rewards by logging in, and then clicking “Pack Perks” in your account portal.
• By taking actions that help share the love — completing eligible surveys, participating in select engagement opportunities, and more!

Either way, your rewards build just by being part of the Freshpet Delivery family.

Rewards for orders 1 through 99 will arrive right inside your Freshpet Delivery order box — no extra steps needed.

For rewards you choose after your 100th order, some items may ship separately depending on their size. If that happens, we'll make sure you receive tracking notifications so you know exactly when to expect them.
