Yes. Your Maven access is part of your active Freshpet Custom Meals Delivery subscription. As long as you stay subscribed, you'll enjoy the full 12 months of Maven, included with Freshpet.
No. The Maven device works with the standard flat or ribbon-style collar that your dog wears. If your dog wears a round or rope collar, the attachment may not sit securely on that style, so we'd recommend switching to a flat collar for the best fit.
The device lasts about 5 to 7 days on a full charge. Charging takes a couple of hours.
